About us

We are a small but growing team based in Berlin.

We come from the trades, not from software. Our team has spent years running operations for electrical and installation businesses, coordinating crews of over a hundred technicians across day-to-day jobs, emergency callouts and everything that goes wrong in between.

We built this because we watched good businesses lose work for one reason: nobody picked up. A customer with no power in half the house calls three numbers. The first one to answer gets the job.

We set up every account personally, and we would rather have a hundred customers who stay than a thousand who churn.
